Q: I placed an order/made a change but haven’t received it yet, what’s going on?
A:

Our turnaround time is 24 hours on weekdays.  Orders and/or changes received after 18:00 on Thursday evenings will be delivered Monday morning.  If you haven’t received your order/change within these times, please email us at US@diakrit.com or international@diakrit.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
