Q: It seems that you have missed a line on the balcony on the 2D drawing, could you please correct that?
A:

It is common that programs like Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader etc. compress the pictures and therefore do not show them in the right resolution. Please try to zoom in to review the whole picture.
