In order for us to complete our work, we do need some form of pre-existing floor plan to work from.  This may be an architectural blueprint or a hand-sketched floor plan that you have created while walking through the property.  Just remember that the better the quality of the original file you send us, the better the outcome will be, and if the original you send us is illegible, we will kindly ask you to send us a clearer version of it.  Also, sending us the exact dimensions of the properties is key for us to produce floor plans that are to scale.
